At 19:00 on February 24, 2019, the R"recruitment and Eemployment"theme sharing session was held in the Ccultural and CcreativeCcenter, Bbuilding 42, north of QqilLlin. It was also the secondalumni salon held by the Eemployment, Iinnovation andEentrepreneurship Sservice Ccenter of the College school ofHhumanities and Llaw.



Guestspeaker Ren XiaobBbao, an Class 2015 alumnus, was the executive HRmanager of the Ggreen Hong Kong Hholdings co., LTD., and has alsoGguangDdong company executive recruiter, worked for Evergrande RrealEestate Ggroup. He , is the Ssouth China Aagricultural Uuniversitycollege of humanities and law philosophy graduate, class of 2015graduation has been engaged in the recruitment work template. In,tthe alumni salon, he will revealed the workplace for studentsrecruitment as anof "insider" and shared with students thetips for perfect  your resumes and job interview skills skills.



First,the speaker briefly analyzed the value of resume. He began by sayingthat the only value of a resume is getting an interview. Recruiterswould have a logic to their decisions: they first read a candidate'sresume, then evaluate it before deciding whether to interview thecandidate. So, in a resume you have to demonstrate that you can fitin with the position very well., the rule of thumb is to say: I'm agood fit for this position.


Thespeaker then dissecteds the nature of recruitment. He expounded thatrecruitment is a highly integrated and practical art in philosophy,applied psychology, sociology, management and so on. ‘Allinterviews,’ he saidys, ‘are really about finding the rightperson to do the job.’


Next,the speaker explained the essence of the interview. The first is toshow that you are qualified for the position, and the second is toprove that what you say is true, which involves information. Heemphasized that in terms of the expressiveness of information, realobjects are better than audiovisual images, audiovisual images arebetter than graphics, graphics are better than tables, forms arebetter than words, short sentences are better than long sentences,and main points are better than statements. He USES used it to teachstudents how to make a good resume.


Then,the speaker raised the question of how to control the interview andwin the job. He proposed three levels of manipulators respectively.And he tells the students how to prepare for the interview process:job demand analysis, resume matching, multiple disk optimization.


Atthe end, the speaker also recommended some books for the students:one-hour interview plus, the seven habits of highly effective people,and the Wwang YyangmMming series. In the following interactive Qq&Aa,the audience actively asked questions, and the speaker also answeredthem one by one.
