On May 12, 2019, the seventh season IRAAC legal skills contest finalsheld in guangdong university of finance and economics school of lawmoot court, in the school of law xue-mei liu teacher, class of 2015law alumni Li Shanxian thick lawyer at guangdong king, under theguidance of college students of citizens law firm in guangdong teamin the final performance is excellent, won the second prize award anda RMB 3000 bonus.

Jointly organized by the law school of guangdong university of finance andeconomics and guangdong tiandi law firm, the competition aims tolearn from the "IRAAC" training model of Anglo-Americanlegal education and the German legal analysis method, connect legaleducation and legal practice, and train law students' core legalskills.

After nearly half a month of preparation, the preliminary competition endedon April 24. The team from our college stood out from the competition team with the first place in the preliminary competition and enteredthe final with the teams from guangdong university of finance and economics, guangdong normal university of technology and south Chinanormal university.

On the scene of the finals, Yang tugui and zhang na from our college, as representatives, gave a wonderful demonstration according to the legal service plan made and submitted by the team. Yangtugui: the most rewarding part of this competition is to learn how to make legal services and how to display legal products. The maincontent of this paper is to analyze cases by means of discriminative analysis and basic analysis of claim rights, and to assistvisualization and big data analysis. By combining legal knowledge with case analysis and extending the handling points of cases, aperfect visualization scheme can be presented.

Inthe final bid process, I felt the different styles of each school.Hua shi is gentle and elegant, and guangcai has a solid theoreticalfoundation. By contrast, I'm more straightforward. But the pond willnot fatten the fish. In the future, the deepening of theoreticalresearch, the improvement of legal literacy will be their own effortsto the direction! CAIluyin: college, for me, is about constantly learning new things andputting them into practice. At the beginning, we were still at a lossabout the analysis of identification pattern and the basic analysisof claim right. We listened to the training organized by guangcaicarefully and benefited a lot. However, we encountered difficultieswhen analyzing specific cases.

Therefore,the team Shared the data and conducted in-depth research. Theself-built model was used to drive the writing of the analysisoutline, and the outline was used to drive the grasp and specificanalysis of the overall case. Finally, the train of thought wasclear.

Incase retrieval and big data analysis, we did not find the case case,so we adopted the stupid method of "manual retrieval to obtainbig data", and made our own composition to conduct macro andmicro analysis of big data. However, the scheme is stillinsufficient, and the focus analysis can be more detailed and needsto be improved.

This award coincides with the third anniversary of the establishment ofthe law practice teaching center of our college. The talent trainingmode of combining academic and practice in the practice teaching center has further demonstrated the benefits brought to law students.
