​Notice on the mid-term in spection of the 2018 college students' innovation and entrepreneurship training program

Students of humanities and law schools:

Inaccordance with the requirements of the management measures(revision) of the training program for college students' innovationand entrepreneurship of south China agricultural university (southChina agricultural office [2018] no. 119), the following notices arehereby made concerning the mid-term inspection of the trainingprogram for college students' innovation and entrepreneurship at thenational, provincial and university levels, which was established byour college in 2018:

1.process arrangement

Program,go to http://202.116.162.21/index.aspx and fill in the mid-termexamination table, click on the process management - mid checklist -export Word enable the plugin instructions to fill in operation,accessories (supporting materials) to submit, and a review by theguide teacher. If there are stage achievements of the projectprogress, supporting materials should be uploaded, such as photos ofreal objects, process photos, experimental reports, papers, designdrawings, software CDS, instructions for use, etc.

Thecollege will organize evaluation experts to conduct onlineevaluation. Please follow the above steps and complete the projectonline before June 4th (Tuesday).

Thecollege of innovation and entrepreneurship is responsible for themid-term inspection of the student projects (includingentrepreneurship practice projects) jointly established by thecollege and other colleges. This kind of project adopts onlinereview. Fill in the operation steps as above. The project leadershould complete the online review before June 3 (Monday).

2.Description of member change

Eachproject leader should carry out good project research in a scientificand rigorous manner. Because of objective reasons, truly need morebecome members of the project, please project director on June 5(Wednesday) at 12:30 noon - 13:30 will change of the application form(see attachment) to submit to the centre (empty space) 42, connectedby college staff unified seal of college and submitted to the collegeinnovative undertaking and no longer accepted.

3.Instructions on closing or terminating the project in advance

1.If the expected results cannot be achieved after the efforts ofmultiple parties, or the project needs to be concluded or terminatedin advance due to other special reasons, the project leader shallsubmit the application on the system before June 10 (Monday). Theschool of innovation and entrepreneurship will complete its reviewand make adjustments by Friday, June 14.

2.The project termination rate will affect the number of projectsapproved by the school in the next year. Please attach greatimportance to it and treat it with caution.
